يعني إيه؟ يعني مجموعة من الناس عندهم نفس نوع المشكلة، حقيقي الواحد لما يبقى عنده مشكلة بيحس إن هو لوحده اللي بيعاني من المشكلة دي . بس الحقيقة إن فيه ناس كثير عندهم نفس المشكلة و بيعانوا منها. دور مدربة الحياة إنها تسمعكم كلكم و كل واحد يعبر عن المشكلة بطريقته و من وجهة نظره. هتستفيد إيه؟ - أولا: كل واحد بيشوف مشكلته من وجهة نظره و بالتالي تتعلم تشوف و تقدر و تفهم وجهات النظر المختلفة لنفس المشكلة.
- ثانيا: نتعلم نسمع كل واحد ونفهم إحساسه و ليه شايف إنها مشكلة.
- ثالثا: نوصل لحلول مختلفة. الحل جوة كل واحد ده أكيد بس محتاج حد يساعده يطلعه، يكتشفه و يعبر عنه بحرية.
- رابعا: نبدأ بوضع خطوات حقيقية علشان نوصل للحل ده.
- أخيرا: نتابع تطورنا بالنسية للخطة الموضوعة و بالتالي يبقى حلينا المشكلة.
